Please be advised that normally we don't provide technical support for Lite Edition. Fortunately, most of your questions may have already been answered in the FAQ and tutorials, and we're making our best efforts to keep them both accurate and up-to-date. There are also quite a few demos bundled with the Lite Edition, which may help you make the jump start easily.

Order & Payment Process Related Questions

Plimus Inc. is the one and only reseller we affiliate with. They are trustworthy in handling all kinds of payments, including credit card, money order, purchase order, EFT (wired transfer) and bank debit. The payment transaction can be safely completed either online or via phone and fax - more details will be revealed during check-out.

If you would like to make payment for an order by telephone and fax, e.g. Purchase Order, simply fill out the Order Form in the pricing/buy section as you normally would and select "Purchase Order" on the "Payment Method" section, this will provide you with the phone number you need to use to call/fax in your company information for the order.
