Since version 9.4.250 the hovering mouse cursor will automatically turn into a hand shaped cursor if the underlying date has a non-empty agenda action. Non-empty means not-null and has at least 1 char.

e.g. if you set the gsAction option in theme-name.js file to " " (one blank char), all dates will have the hand cursor by default unless you assign the date with an event that has a null action.
