is it possible to use <div> instead of ifram ?

Iframes are not supposed with Solaris Netscape 7.0 (which is our user base)

Netscape 7 (Gecko engine) supports iframe for sure - maybe you should check if you disabled it in option?

Right now there is no way to switch to DIV, also because DIV will be penetrated easily by form fields underneath.
