Is there a way to disable or remove the prev/next buttons when the month previous or month ahead is out-of-range? (I am using fInitRange to set the range)
Here are what i believe to be the relevant theme variables:

All you need is to set the id property of the navigator buttons to be "navPrev" and "navNext" accordingly. e.g.

var gsNavNext="<INPUT id='navNext' type='button' value='>' class='MonthNav' onmousedown='showNextMon()' onmouseup='stopShowMon()' onmouseout='stopShowMon();if(this.blur)this.blur()'>"; |
The range is determined by the gBegin and gEnd options.
