I have a PopCalendarXP Single License for the domain www.banffreservations.com.

The problem is that the site can also be accessed with the URL http://banffreservations.com, notice the lack of www. When this is done, the "Missing or Invalid Licence" alert pops up. I don't want to buy ANOTHER license for essentially the same domain. Help?

The Single License is sold per registered domain name only, as detailed in our License FAQ. It doesn't matter whether the 2 domains point to the same site or 2 different sites.

You may either purchase another Single License for the domain name without "www.", or upgrade to the Domain License and register it to "banffreservations.com" (because it covers all sub-domains including "www.banffreservations.com").
