Hello,

We're using the popup and flat calendar on a web page. We did some testing using the lite version using a dotted domain name for our test server, and it worked fine ie http://test.domain.dnd.ca/vtcrswebapp/audio.aspx

We bought a licence for each calendar component for our production domain name, and we mistakenly put the licenced engine files and licence files under our test domain
http://test.domain.dnd.ca/vtcrswebapp/audio.aspx

We got a licence error of course since the domain name is not the name of the domain that is licenced, so we replaced the engine files back to lite version and cleared the temp files in our browser. But we are still getting the error "Missing or invalid licence for FlatCalendarXP! Please make sure the licence file is in the right place."

We do not get the error when running the web app directly on the server ie http://vtcrs/vtcrswebapp/audio.aspx, but we do when we run it on a client accessing it through http://test.domain.dnd.ca/vtcrswebapp/audio.aspx.

Why did it work before and not now?

FYI, we do have another web share in a separate folder with the licenced files for testing locally but we didn't think this would affect things.

thanks for your help,
Sara

Most likely it's due to browser cache - Please press and hold the CTRL key and click on the REFRESH button of IE, it should then ignore the cache and load your page freshly. (CTRL-F5 will do the same thing).
